Job Description:

  1. Ensures all products and categories are met and targets are achieved.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales target.
  3. Analyze, Identify, and in charge of managing organizational sales.
  4. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  5. Responsible for the planning and execution of all Sales Activities.
  6. Set sales goals and plan and manage distribution operations
  7. Responsible for managing business relationship with Distributors, clients, and other channels.

Qualifications:

  1. A degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
  2. Exhibit strong business acumen, presentation skills, communication skills, and time management.
  3. With at least 3-5 years in-depth experience in the pharmaceutical industry and B2B
  4. Extensive experience in promotion and sales of branded generic products
  5. Good at problem solving and taking responsibilities for their decisions.
  6. Experienced in the creation and execution of Route-To-Market strategies.
  7. A successful salesperson with a reputation of achieving targets.
  8. Flexible, highly analytical, and keen on details.
  9. Proficient in all MSOffice applications.
