Job Description:
- Ensures all products and categories are met and targets are achieved.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales target.
- Analyze, Identify, and in charge of managing organizational sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of all Sales Activities.
- Set sales goals and plan and manage distribution operations
- Responsible for managing business relationship with Distributors, clients, and other channels.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- Exhibit strong business acumen, presentation skills, communication skills, and time management.
- With at least 3-5 years in-depth experience in the pharmaceutical industry and B2B
- Extensive experience in promotion and sales of branded generic products
- Good at problem solving and taking responsibilities for their decisions.
- Experienced in the creation and execution of Route-To-Market strategies.
- A successful salesperson with a reputation of achieving targets.
- Flexible, highly analytical, and keen on details.
- Proficient in all MSOffice applications.
